मुंबई, 12 जुलै (पीटीआय) महाराष्ट्रात शनिवारी कोविड-19 चे चार नवीन रुग्ण आढळले, त्यापैकी सर्वच्या सर्व मुंबईत आढळले आहेत, अशी माहिती आरोग्य विभागाच्या एका अधिकाऱ्याने दिली.

या वर्षी 1 जानेवारीपासून राज्यातील एकूण रुग्णांची संख्या 2,624 झाली आहे, तर याच कालावधीत मुंबईतील रुग्णांची संख्या 1,043 आहे, ज्यापैकी 551 जूनमध्ये आणि जुलैमध्ये आतापर्यंत 51 रुग्ण आढळले आहेत.

आरोग्य विभागाने सांगितले की, या आजारामुळे 41 लोकांचा मृत्यू झाला आहे, ज्यात 40 सहव्याधी (कॉमोरबिडिटीज) असलेले रुग्ण होते. तर, बरे झालेल्या रुग्णांची संख्या 2,536 आहे. या विभागाने असेही सांगितले की, 1 जानेवारीपासून राज्यात एकूण 35,765 कोविड-19 चाचण्या करण्यात आल्या आहेत. पीटीआय एसएम बीएनएम
