A scheduled prayer meeting and memorial service will be held on June 22 from 4–5 pm at the Taj Palace Hotel in Delhi, as per an invitation signed by Sunjay’s immediate family, including his former wife Karisma and their children

A prominent industrialist, Sunjay Kapur led Sona Comstar as its chairman and had significant influence in the automotive components industry.
