ജമ്മുഃ കനത്ത സുരക്ഷാ ക്രമീകരണങ്ങൾക്കിടയിൽ ജമ്മുവിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ആയിരത്തിലധികം തീർത്ഥാടകരുടെ ആദ്യ ബാച്ച് ലഫ്റ്റനന്റ് ഗവർണർ മനോജ് സിൻഹ ഫ്ലാഗ് ഓഫ് ചെയ്തതോടെ ജമ്മു കശ്മീരിലെ പൂഞ്ച് അതിർത്തി ജില്ലയിലെ ബുദ്ധ അമർനാഥ് തീർത്ഥാടനം തിങ്കളാഴ്ച ആരംഭിച്ചു.
ധാരാളം തീർത്ഥാടകർ പൂഞ്ചിലെ ബുദ്ധ അമർനാഥ് ക്ഷേത്രം സന്ദർശിച്ച് ശിവനെ ആരാധിക്കുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നതായി സിൻഹ പറഞ്ഞു.
ആചാരപരമായ ‘പൂജ’, ‘ശംഖ്നാദ്’, ‘ബം ബം ഭോലെ’ എന്ന ഘോഷം എന്നിവയ്ക്കിടയിൽ, ആയിരത്തിലധികം തീർത്ഥാടകരുടെ വാഹനവ്യൂഹം, മൾട്ടി-ടയർ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി എസ്കോർട്ടിന്റെ കാവലിൽ, ലഫ്റ്റനന്റ് ഗവർണർ സിൻഹ തിങ്കളാഴ്ച പുലർച്ചെ ഭഗവതി നഗറിൽ നിന്ന് ഫ്ലാഗ് ഓഫ് ചെയ്തു.
പൂഞ്ച് ജില്ലയിലെ ബുദ്ധ അമർനാഥ് ഹിമാലയൻ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലേക്ക് 2005 ൽ വിശ്വ ഹിന്ദു പരിഷത്ത് ആരംഭിച്ച 12 ദിവസത്തെ തീർത്ഥാടനം ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 7 ന് സമാപിക്കും.
“നിങ്ങൾ കണ്ടതുപോലെ, ആയിരത്തിലധികം തീർത്ഥാടകർ ഇന്ന് ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് ബുദ്ധ അമർനാഥ് യാത്രയ്ക്കായി പുറപ്പെട്ടു. രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ കോണുകളിൽ നിന്ന് തീർത്ഥാടകർ എത്തുകയും ഈ പുണ്യയാത്രയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. യാത്രയ്ക്കായി ജമ്മു കശ്മീർ ഭരണകൂടം മികച്ച ക്രമീകരണങ്ങൾ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അവരുടെ സുരക്ഷ ഉറപ്പാക്കാൻ സുരക്ഷാ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ബുദ്ധ അമർനാഥ് യാത്രയുടെ സൌകര്യങ്ങൾ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട് “, യാത്ര ഫ്ലാഗ് ഓഫ് ചെയ്തതിന് ശേഷം സിൻഹ മാധ്യമപ്രവർത്തകരോട് പറഞ്ഞു.
എല്ലാ തീർത്ഥാടകർക്കും സുരക്ഷിതവും ആത്മീയവുമായ യാത്രയ്ക്ക് ലഫ്റ്റനന്റ് ഗവർണർ ആശംസകൾ നേർന്നു.
“മഹാദേവന്റെ വാസസ്ഥലത്തേക്കുള്ള വിശുദ്ധ യാത്ര ഒരു പ്രബുദ്ധമായ അനുഭവമാണ്. ഈ തീർത്ഥാടനം ഏറ്റവും വലിയ രസതന്ത്രമാണെന്നും ഭക്തരുടെ മുന്നിൽ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ രഹസ്യങ്ങൾ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നുവെന്നും ഞാൻ ശക്തമായി വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു “, ലഫ്റ്റനന്റ് ഗവർണർ പറഞ്ഞു.
ബാബ അമർനാഥ്, ബുദ്ധ അമർനാഥ് യാത്രിക ന്യാസ്, ടൂറിസം വകുപ്പ്, ജില്ലാ ഭരണകൂടം, മറ്റ് പങ്കാളികൾ, ലംഗർ സേവനം നൽകുന്ന സംഘടനകൾ എന്നിവർ നടത്തിയ സൂക്ഷ്മമായ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളെ സിൻഹ അഭിനന്ദിച്ചു.
വാർഷിക തീർത്ഥാടനത്തിനും വാർഷിക ഉത്സവമായ ബുദ്ധ അമർനാഥ് ജി മേളയ്ക്കും എല്ലാ ക്രമീകരണങ്ങളും ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
ഇതുവരെ 3.77 ലക്ഷത്തിലധികം ഭക്തർ അമർനാഥ് യാത്ര പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും ഭക്തരുടെ സൌകര്യാർത്ഥം ജമ്മു കശ്മീർ ഭരണകൂടം നടത്തിയ സമർപ്പിത ശ്രമങ്ങൾക്ക് നന്ദി അറിയിക്കുന്നതായും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
“I hope a large number of pilgrims from across the country will come to Budha Amarnath and pray to Lord Shiva for the prosperity of themselves, the nation, and Jammu and Kashmir,” he said.
The Budha Amarnath temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva and located in the Rajpura village in Poonch’s Mandi tehsil, is among the oldest shrines in the Jammu region, drawing large numbers of devotees during the yatra. The pilgrimage concludes with the arrival of the Charri Mubarak (holy mace) at the shrine from Dashnami Akhara, Poonch.
The Pulsata river, considered sacred, flows by the temple, where pilgrims traditionally bathe before entering. Thousands of devotees undertake the yatra annually to pay obeisance at this revered shrine of Lord Shiva.
Security has been heightened across the border districts of Jammu, Poonch, and Rajouri for the annual yatra, which is scheduled to conclude on August 7.
Ahead of the yatra, security forces and police conducted extensive combing operations along the yatra route and in the hinterlands of Rajouri, Poonch, and Jammu districts, maintaining a high level of alertness, officials said.
Stringent security measures, including CCTV surveillance and area domination, have been placed in and around the temple in Mandi to ensure a peaceful and incident-free yatra, with all boarding and lodging arrangements overseen by the administration, officials said. PTI AB MNK MNK
