Social media personality Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, has confirmed that he is no longer on good terms with Sara Ali Khan—and says he can only “let it go” if Amrita Singh apologises to him.
Orry’s remarks come amid a very public escalation: cryptic reels, direct digs, and visible unfollows that have turned a once-close friendship into a full-blown internet talking point.
What Orry said: “Only an apology can fix it”
In recent interviews quoted by multiple outlets, Orry claimed the distance isn’t just about him and Sara. He said continuing to act like everything is fine would mean ignoring what he described as the “trauma” caused by Sara’s mother.
When asked if reconciliation is possible, Orry’s line was clear: he said he could see himself moving on if Amrita Singh apologises. Orry did not detail what happened, and declined to elaborate when asked for specifics.
The social media spark: “3 worst names” and the career dig
The fresh flare-up gained traction after Orry posted a reel around “3 worst names,” flashing Sara, Amrita, and Palak—which was widely interpreted as a jab at Sara Ali Khan, Amrita Singh, and actor Palak Tiwari.
Soon after, he also faced backlash online for a sarcastic comment/reel perceived as mocking Sara’s career, with some users calling his behaviour bullying.
Unfollows and distance: where things stand now
As the posts circulated, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan unfollowed Orry, and the unfollow became part of the story’s fuel.
Orry, for his part, said he unfollowed Sara “a while ago” and hasn’t followed Ibrahim “in years.”
Silence from Sara and Amrita Singh
As of the latest published reports, Sara Ali Khan and Amrita Singh have not responded publicly to Orry’s statements.
