Priyanka Chopra Jonas has responded to renewed speculation about a possible return to the Don and Krrish franchises, even as she gears up for her big Indian-cinema homecoming with S.S. Rajamouli’s Varanasi.

“I Don’t Know If I Can Talk About Either of Them”

In an interview reported as being with ScreenRant, Priyanka was asked directly about Don 3 and Krrish 4. She stayed guarded, saying she wasn’t sure she could speak about either project—prompting her Varanasi co-star Mahesh Babu to joke, “Then there’s something happening,” reigniting fan theories.

Varanasi: The Big Indian-Cinema Return

Varanasi is being positioned as Priyanka’s major return to Indian cinema, with the film headlined by Mahesh Babu and featuring Prithviraj Sukumaran, while Priyanka plays Mandakini. The project is slated for a theatrical release on April 7, 2027.

The Dance Update Fans Didn’t See Coming

Priyanka also revealed she had one clear request before signing the film: she wanted a dance sequence. Mahesh Babu later confirmed that a song has already been shot and called it “sensational,” amplifying the buzz around her return.

What’s Confirmed vs What’s Still Rumour

As things stand, Varanasi is confirmed and moving toward its 2027 release, while Priyanka’s comments on Don 3 and Krrish 4 remain carefully non-committal—enough to keep the rumour mill alive, but short of any official confirmation.
