Alia Bhatt

On her 33rd birthday on March 15, 2026, Bollywood actress and producer Alia Bhatt unveiled Eternal Kids, a new children’s storytelling label under her production banner Eternal Sunshine Productions. The announcement, shared via a heartfelt Instagram post, marks a personal and creative expansion into content for young audiences.

Launching Eternal Kids: A Nostalgic Beginning

Alia described the initiative poetically: “Our production company, Eternal Sunshine, just had a baby; say hello to Eternal Kids. Where the childhood we remember meets the child still living quietly inside us.” She emphasized its focus on timeless, imaginative tales that evoke joy and wonder. The label draws deeply from family heritage, inspired by stories and characters created by her late maternal grandfather, Narendranath Razdan, who passed away in June 2023.

Three Projects Already in Development

Alia revealed that three exciting projects are underway:

  1. Two adaptations featuring characters teased as “C, G, and M” (full names to be revealed soon), directly based on her grandfather’s imaginative tales.
  2. One centered on GOÓLANGÓO (also spelled OOLANGOO in some reports), a whimsical, indescribable creature her mother invented words for while storytelling.
  3. An expansion of the Adventures of Ed-a-Mamma universe, building on the children’s book tied to Alia’s sustainable kids’ brand Ed-a-Mamma, promoting themes of adventure and eco-friendliness.

A Personal Tribute and Future Vision

In an emotional note, Alia wrote: “These are based on tales and characters made up by my grandfather. Shaheen and I were raised on these stories, and we are excited to share them with you. We miss you, Grandpa.” The launch aligns with Alia’s ethos of meaningful, positive content and has drawn praise for addressing the need for quality children’s entertainment in India. This birthday milestone highlights Alia’s evolution as a multifaceted creator, blending legacy, family, and innovation.
