Shimla, Mar 20 (PTI) Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi visited the state capital on Friday, officials said.
Gandhi, who was on a personal visit, arrived in the afternoon and headed for his sister Priyanka Gandhi’s house in Charabra, located about 12 kilometres away from Shimla.
He is expected to stay there for the next few days, they said.
In view of Gandhi’s visit, the police have deployed additional force in the area to ensure his security. PTI COR RUK RUK
