No Dhurandhar 3 Yet, Says Mukesh Chhabra Amid Ranveer Singh Film Speculation

Mukesh Chhabra

Casting director Mukesh Chhabra has shut down the growing rumours around Dhurandhar 3, clarifying that there is no such development at present for the Ranveer Singh-led action franchise. Speaking to Zoom, Chhabra said, “Aisa kuch nahi hone wala. Bohot sare rumours hai” and added that if there is ever an official update, he would share it himself.

Rumours Grew After Viral Clip

Speculation around a third instalment picked up soon after Dhurandhar: The Revenge released on March 19, 2026. Much of the chatter was driven by an unverified clip and screenshot circulating online, claiming to reveal an end-credit tease for Dhurandhar Part 3 and hinting at a June release. Director Aditya Dhar’s earlier message asking audiences to stay till the end credits added to the excitement, but India Today reported that the film’s actual credits do not officially announce a third part.

Mukesh Chhabra Clears the Air

Amid the frenzy, Chhabra firmly dismissed the speculation and urged fans not to believe every rumour being shared online. The strongest reports do not indicate that Dhurandhar 3 is currently in active development, despite the wave of fan theories and social media excitement.

Franchise Buzz Remains Strong

That said, the conversation around a third film is understandable given the strong theatrical response to Dhurandhar: The Revenge. Hindustan Times reported that the Aditya Dhar-directed sequel had collected more than ₹500 crore net in India and ₹850 crore worldwide, keeping the franchise firmly in the spotlight.

What Fans Should Expect

For now, there is no official confirmation of Dhurandhar 3. The current buzz appears to have been fuelled more by fake viral material and fan speculation than by any formal announcement from the makers. Until Aditya Dhar or the production team says otherwise, the safest takeaway is simple: Dhurandhar 3 is not happening right now.
