Bhopal, Mar 25 (PTI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Wednesday celebrated his 61st birthday at a farmer’s house in Sagar district.
Yadav accepted an invite from the farmer to share a home-cooked meal with the family, said an official.
The CM visited the house of Hari Raikwar at Moili village, and enjoyed a simple meal of roti, dal and vegetables prepared by the farmer’s daughter-in-law.
Children in the family sat in the CM’s lap as he listened to Raikwar who spoke about his crops and the problems he faced, said the official. An emotional Raikwar later said, “The chief minister has honoured us so much today. Our lifelong dream has come true.” Born on March 25, 1965, in Ujjain, Yadav was sworn in as chief minister of Madhya Pradesh on December 13, 2023. PTI MAS KRK
