New Delhi, Apr 2 (PTI) The Rajya Sabha was adjourned on Thursday to meet again on April 16 and may take up a bill to increase seats in the Lok Sabha for implementing reservation for women in the legislature.

The House, which was to be adjourned sine die on Thursday, will now again meet at 11 am on Thursday, April 16.

The announcement was made by Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh before adjourning the proceedings.

As per the schedule announced for the Budget Session of Parliament that started on January 28, both the Rajya Sabha and the Lok Sabha were to adjourn sine die on April 2 (Thursday). PTI PRS NKD CS TRB TRB
