Ajit Pawar Plane Crash: DGCA Confirms No Survivors

Mumbai, Jan 28 (PTI): All five people on board a Learjet 45 aircraft, including Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, died after the plane crash-landed at Baramati airport on Wednesday, a senior DGCA official confirmed.

The victims included Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, two additional personnel — a PSO and an attendant — and the two crew members, the pilot in-command and the first officer. No one survived the crash, according to initial reports.

A team from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) is en route to the site to investigate the accident. PTI
