Mumbai, Mar 16 (PTI) Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde left for Delhi on Monday evening, sources said.
However, they did not specify the reason behind his visit. It is also not clear whether Shinde will meet the top brass of the BJP.
Shinde is expected to meet Shiv Sena MPs in the national capital, where the budget session of Parliament is underway.
He is likely to return by Tuesday to attend the ongoing budget session of the Maharashtra legislature. PTI PR NSK
