Jaipur, Mar 14 (PTI) Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Saturday chaired a meeting to review summer preparedness and directed officials to ensure uninterrupted drinking water supply during the months of summer.
Sharma directed the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) and district collectors to make adequate arrangements for smooth water supply, according to a release.
Sharma also asked officials and district collectors to closely monitor the LPG supply and take strict action against hoarding, according to officials.
PHED Minister Kanhaiya Lal Choudhary, Food and Civil Supplies Minister Sumit Godara, Chief Secretary V Srinivas and other senior officials were present at the Chief Minister’s Office for the meeting, while Forest Minister Sanjay Sharma, divisional commissioners and district collectors joined the meeting through video conferencing.
