Dubai, Jun 13 (AP) Israel claimed on Friday it killed Gen. Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the head of the Revolutionary Guard’s missile programme in Iran.
Iran did not immediately acknowledge his death officially, though rumours of his death had been circulating for some time online.
Hajizadeh is a major commander within the Guard, overseeing its ballistic missile arsenal. (AP) PY PY
