Global superstar Shakira is set to return to India after nearly two decades, with two major concerts scheduled in Mumbai and Delhi this April 2026. The Colombian hitmaker—best known for chart-toppers like Hips Don’t Lie, Whenever, Wherever and Waka Waka—last performed in India in March 2007 during her Oral Fixation Tour in Mumbai.

The upcoming shows are part of the Feeding India Concert 2026, presented by HSBC and ticketed on District. The 2026 edition is also being positioned as the event’s first multi-city chapter, after previous landmark editions featuring global names like Post Malone and Dua Lipa.

Concert Details

  1. Mumbai: April 10, 2026 — Mahalaxmi Race Course
  2. Delhi: April 15, 2026 — Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium

In a statement announcing the India dates, Shakira said, “Performing in India has always been special to me, and I’m excited to connect with my fans across Mumbai and Delhi.” She also underlined the concert’s philanthropic focus, adding that the initiative is about “standing together to ensure every child has access to the nutrition they need to thrive.”

Tickets and Pricing

Ticketing details on District show an HSBC pre-sale from February 27 (12 PM) to March 1 (12 PM), followed by the general sale from March 1 (1 PM onwards). Entry-level prices are listed as ₹6,000 onwards (Mumbai) and ₹4,500 onwards (Delhi).

Premium categories are priced significantly higher. Reports note Mumbai’s top bracket—the HSBC Starstruck Lounge—reaches ₹32,000 (with the final amount depending on fees/charges).

Fan Frenzy and Significance

The announcement has sparked loud excitement online, as fans count down to Shakira’s long-awaited return. With stadium-scale shows now becoming more common in India’s live entertainment boom, the 2026 concerts further signal the country’s growing pull as a key stop for global touring artists.
