Imphal/Churachandpur, Dec 31 (PTI) Two persons were killed when the ambulance in which they were travelling fell into a river in Manipur’s Churachandpur district, officials said on Wednesday.
The ambulance was returning to Churachandpur from Moreh when it fell into Imphal river at Tejang village on Tuesday night.
The deceased have been identified as Lamlalsang (47) and Jimmy Nengsuanpau (52).
The bodies were recovered on Wednesday morning, they added. PTI COR RG
